OVEN ROASTED DUCK
INGREDIENTS
- 3 boned duck breasts
- 2 potatoes (medium sized)
- 1 large carrot
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1 slice is bacon for every 1/2 duck breast
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- Season Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place duck in oven bag.
- Cube potatos into 1/2 inch cubes, place evenly around the duck.
- Chop carrots into 1/4 inch slices, place evenly around the duck.
- Chop the celery into 1/4 inch slices, place evenly around the duck.
- Place bacon over duck breasts and season.
- Pour 1 can of cream of chicken soup over everything.
- Close bag and cut 2-one inch holes in the bag.
- Bake for one hour to one and half hours.
- Serve.
