SWEET & SOUR DUCK
INGREDIENTS
- 6 bonless duck breasts
- Marinade
- Assorted Peppers – Jalepeno, Bell, Banana, Tabasco, etc.
- 1 Jar apple jelly
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut duck breasts into 3/4″ wide strips.
- Place marinade and duck breasts in Ziplock bag in refrigerator overnight.
- Drain marinade, add 1 jar of apple jelly and peppers to Ziplock.
- Mix thoughly and return to refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Pour entire mixture into 13″ X 9″ baking pan place in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Broil for 5-8 minutes more to sear top.
- Serve.
